Welcome, and thank you for your interest in CX-ONE-GO (web/mobile application for customary relationship management) offered by Clicentrix Technology Solutions Private Limited (“Clicentrix”).  This Privacy Policy describes what information we gather from you, how we use and disclose that information, and what we do to protect it. By using the Service, you expressly consent to the information handling practices described in this policy.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the Terms of use. The practices described in this policy apply only to Clicentrix 's use of information supplied by you to Clicentrix through the Service. Information collected from you by others, such as third-party web sites that you access through links on the Service, may also be governed by those entities' privacy policies.

Scope

This Privacy Policy covers the personal information we collect about you when you use our products or services, or otherwise interact with us, including on our website at www.clicentrix.com (“Website”), web applications at cxonego.clicentrix.com  and our related mobile online application offerings (collectively, the “Services”). This policy also explains your choices surrounding how we use your personal information, which include how you can object to certain uses of the information and how you can access and update certain information.

  1.         The Information we collect: 
    1.     User-Provided Information: You may provide to us what is generally called "personally identifiable" information (such as your email address, age, area/zip/PIN code, mobile number and postal address) when using our Services, such as when you register, and when you use our services. If you use our Service with your mobile device, or sign up to receive alerts via text message, if any, we may also have access to your device ID or phone number.  If you enable location services, we collect geolocation data; we collect app usage patterns, preferences, logs and interaction history; any other information you provide viz., feedback, inquiries or support requests.
    2.     Linked Service Information: When you link an account you may have on a third party service (such as your third party social networking site) to your account on the Service, Clicentrix will store the access credentials you provide. Clicentrix will have access to, and may collect and store, any information you may have stored in connection with that account that you have configured that service to make available to third parties, including profile information and "friends" or "contacts" lists.

To your consent, we may automatically collect information from cookies and similar technologies (such as cookie ID and settings) to keep you logged in, to remember your preferences, and to identify you and your device.  

  1.     "Automatically Collected" Information:

When you use the Service or open one of our HTML emails, we may automatically record certain information from your web browser by using different types of technology. This "automatically collected" information may include Internet Protocol address ("IP Address"), UDID, or other device address or ID, web browser and/or device type, the web pages or sites that you visit just before or just after the Service, the features and content you access on the Service, and the dates and times that you visit, access, or use the Service.

We may also obtain information, including personally identifiable information, from third parties and sources other than the Service, such as other users who send messages to you through the Service, or third-party service providers who you use to access features of the Service.   1.         The Way Clicentrix Uses Information:
    1.     Clicentrix uses the information you provide or that we collect to operate, maintain, enhance, and provide all of the features and services found on the Service.  We will use the information to authenticate your identity and ensure security; We will use your email address to contact you for administrative purposes, for customer service purposes, to send you notifications, updates and in-app messages; to analyze your usage patterns for optimization and enhancement features; to comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements; to address intellectual property infringement, rights of privacy, or defamation issues, or any regarding content that you have posted to the Service. You may configure the nature and frequency of certain of these messages through the Service.
    2.     Clicentrix uses all of the information that you provide or that we collect and/or aggregate to understand and analyze the usage trends, interests, and preferences of our users, to improve the way the Service works and looks, and to create new features and functionality; to provide personalized content and marketing communications based on your preferences (where permitted).
    3.     Various aspects of the Service, such as content on the website and in email messages we send you in connection with your use of the Service, may include relevant advertisements which may be selected based in part on your demographic information, interests, preferences, and usage patterns within the Service.
    4.     Clicentrix may use "automatically collected" information and "cookies" information to: (a) personalize our services, such as remembering your information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the Service; (b) provide customized third party advertisements, content, and information; (c) monitor and analyze the effectiveness of Clicentrix and third party marketing activities; (d) monitor aggregate usage metrics such as total number of visitors, pages viewed, Apps accessed, etc.; and (e) track your entries, submissions, and status in any promotions or other activities.
    5.     Clicentrix may use your email address or other personally identifiable information to send promotional email related to the Service we think you may be interested in. You will have the ability to opt-out of receiving any such communications, either through links provided in the messages, or by updating your account preferences through the Service.

2.6 We may use personal information to tailor and provide you with content. If you have any   questions about our marketing practices or if you would like to opt out of the use of your personal information for marketing purposes, you may update your subscription preferences at any time.

  1.              When Clicentrix Discloses Information:

We are not in the business of selling your personally identifiable information. We do, however, disclose your personally identifiable information in a variety of circumstances in connection with developing and maintaining the Service and operating our business. For example:

  1.          The Service enables users to communicate in a variety of ways.  Any personally identifiable information that you voluntarily choose to include in a message to another user, or in a publicly accessible area on the Service, such as a public profile page, or through posting User Content, will be available to other users who access that content. Once you make your personally identifiable information available in this way, it may be collected and used by the recipients without restriction.
  2.          Clicentrix works with third party service providers to provide website and application development, hosting, and maintenance as well as other services for us. To the extent it is necessary for these service providers to complete their contractual obligations to Clicentrix, these third parties may have access to or process your personally identifiable information. Generally, these disclosures are made under terms comparable to this policy, and the recipients are limited to using the information for the purpose for which it was provided.  We share personal information with a limited number of service providers who process it on our behalf to provide or improve our Service, and who have agreed to privacy restrictions similar to the ones in our Privacy Statement by signing data protection agreements or making similar commitments. Our service providers perform analytics, payment processing, customer support ticketing, network data transmission, and other similar services. While we process all personal information in India, our service providers may process data outside of India.

 

  1.          We do not use or share your information, including personal information, to advertise any third party’s products or services via the Services. We may use and share your personal information with third-party advertising partners to market our own Services and grow our Services’ user base, such as to provide targeted marketing about our own Services via third-party services.
  2.          Clicentrix may also disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with state and federal laws, in response to a court order, judicial or other government subpoena or warrant, or to otherwise cooperate with law enforcement activity.
  3.          Clicentrix also reserves the right to disclose your information that we believe is necessary or useful to take precautions against liability; to protect Clicentrix and others from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful uses or activity; to investigate and defend ourselves against any third party claims or allegations; to assist government enforcement agencies; to protect the security or integrity of the Service; or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Clicentrix, our users, or others;  protect your, our, or others’ rights, property, or safety;  enforce our policies or contracts; collect amounts owed to us; or assist with an investigation and prosecution of suspected or actual illegal activity.

 

  1.          If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, purchase or sale of assets, or transition of service to another provider, then your information may be sold or transferred as part of such a transaction, as permitted by law and/or contract.

You may, of course, decline to share certain personally identifiable information with Clicentrix, in which case Clicentrix may not be able to provide to you some of the features and functionality found on the Service. You may update, correct, or delete your profile information and preferences at any time by accessing your account preferences page through the Service, you may request details about your personal data that we collect, use and share; obtain a copy of your data in a usable format, withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it for processing, limit the processing of your personal data, you have right to data portability i.e., you can request your personal data in a structure, machine-readable format; you can object to the processing of your personal data under certain circumstances;  you will not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.

To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting you account access or making corrections to your information. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE SECRECY OF YOUR UNIQUE PASSWORD AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION AT ALL TIMES.

The Service contains links to Web sites and services provided by third parties. Any personally identifiable information you provide on third party sites or services is provided directly to that third party and is subject to that third party's policies governing privacy and security. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of third party sites or services to which links are displayed on the Service. We encourage you to learn about third parties' privacy and security policies before providing them with personally identifiable information.

  1.          Our Commitment to Data Security:

Clicentrix employs certain physical, managerial, and technical safeguards designed to help protect the integrity and security of our systems. To further improve our security, we may periodically perform security audits using independent service providers. Please note that this is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Clicentrix or to any third party, and you do so at your own risk.

In the event of a data breach that compromises your personal information, we are committed to promptly notifying you in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Upon becoming aware of a breach, we will take appropriate measures to investigate, mitigate, and address the breach. Where required, we will notify you via email, through the mobile application or display on our website at www.cxonego.clicentrix.com and/or  www.clicentrix.com.

Our notification will include details about the nature of the breach, the data affected, any steps you should take to protect yourself, and the measures we are taking to resolve the situation. You may also receive guidance on how to mitigate potential risks arising from the breach.[A1]

  1.          Data Retention:

We retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law.  After this period, we securely delete or anonymize your data.

  1.          International Data Transfers:

Your information may be stored and processed in any country in which Clicentrix and its affiliates maintain facilities, including outside of the EU. In this regard, or for purposes of sharing or disclosing data in accordance with this Privacy Policy, Clicentrix reserves the right to transfer, store, and process your information outside of your country. By using the Service, you consent to any such transfer, storage, and processing of your information outside of your country.

 

 

  1.       In the Event of Merger or Sale:

In the event that all or a portion of Clicentrix or its assets is acquired by or merged with a third-party entity, we reserve the right, in any of these circumstances, to transfer or assign the information that we have collected from users in connection with such merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control.

Our App / Web Application / Services is not intended for use by children under 18 years of age.  We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.  If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will take steps to immediately delete it.

 

  1.   Changes and Updates to this Privacy Policy:

Please revisit this page periodically to stay aware of any changes to this Privacy Policy, which may be revised periodically at Clicentrix’s sole discretion If we modify the Privacy Policy, we will make it available through the Service, and indicate the date of the latest revision. In the event that the modifications materially alter your rights or obligations we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the change. For example, we may send a message to your email address, if we have one on file, or generate a pop-up or similar notification when you access the Service for the first time after such material changes are made. Our amended Privacy Policy will automatically take effect immediately after it is made available through the Service, except that (i) unless you consent otherwise, we generally only use your personal information in the manner described in the Privacy Policy in effect when we received that personal information and (ii) if you do not agree with any changes to the Privacy Policy, you may terminate your account ceasing use of the Service. Your continued use of the Service after revised Privacy Policy has become effective indicates that you have read, understood and agreed to the current version of the Privacy Policy.
